Albert Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I like to look at it as banging your head against a wall and expecting to make money for it. Doesn’t usually work too well. Those that continue with the same stale plan eventually are shown the door. Horse and buggy makers used to believe that the whole automobile craze was just a blip on the radar. I know that is true, because when I first started in MLM, I pitched my new life changing product to everyone I knew and everyone I ever met, I contacted old high school friends who I had not seen or talked to in years and told them I wanted to “re-connect” over lunch, I went to the local mall and practiced “The 3 Foot Rule” (Attacked every person that came within 3 feet of me and pitched them on my business). It wasn’t quite as successful as I had hoped, to put it lightly.

Since then, its has grown into an enormous and comprehensive industry with companies on all continents. (Yes, all continents. Somewhere, some scientist in Antarctica is pitching Noni or something like that to one of his coworkers.
