Success in Network Marketing depends on the group of  people you have assemble together and by it’s character requires complementary relationships between the leader and the mlm network marketing team that uses the talents of each team member to be unified to maximize the earning capacity of each member.

 

 Complementary Team Members

The team members of a successful network marketing team must complement one another, accountable not only to themselves but to one another and make each other better teammates so that they encourage fellow team members while working independently.

 

In your recruiting efforts to find complementary marketing team members, one the first things to check out is the personality. There are certain personality traits of individuals that are not complementary. Studies have be done that show there are 4 basic personality types and you must be aware of their nature in your recruiting efforts to insure that your team can work together without personal conflicts cause by the nature of personalities.

 

 As the leader, if you must be cordial around your prospective recruits. Be sure to note the work habits of the new prospects for you team as you want them to be team members  that you don’t have to “baby sit” to get work done.  In order to be successful in MLM, the very nature of the multi-level marketing business requires teammates to be self-starters and people who will search for solutions to problems on their own.

MLM Network Marketing-Tired Of Stale Old School Network Marketing Techniques?

Are you tired of the old school network marketing techniques? You know the 3 foot rule, hanging flyers, bugging your family and friends,chasing people down with magazines in
super market parking lots?

I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told to use these same methods. I was told to make a list of 100 people that I knew and if i didn’t know 100 start at the beginning of yellow pages in the phone book and basically call every one of the businesses that i did any business.

I was only faced with questions I wasn’t able to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection and discouragement. Many leads told me to call them back later but they never picked up the phone. Have you been there?

When I was officially put on the “do not touch” list by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads.Being a team player, i did. All those leads was stale, tired or dead.

This only led me to some more rejection and i started chasing the “big dogs” from one “prelaunch to another. Spending “fast start” money that i didn’t have for all those “instant cash”, can’t lose network marketing opportunities.

Now I was out of money, out of time and had nothing to show for all my effors.

Then just as I was going to give up, I found what I consider to be the “life saver” for my for making money online.It was something called a funded proposal. This was a marketing funnel that generated endless leads, was viral (spread accross the Internet on it’s own) and you could generate unlimited income.

MLM Network Marketing Business-Are You Using A Sharp or Dull Axe In Your MLM Business?

Imagine walking up to a man trying to chop down a tree in the forest. He’s struggling with all his might and yet he’s barely made any progress.You look at him and you see that he is chopping at the tree with passion and focus and he’s been at it for quite some time and he’s intent on cutting the tree to down.

He has a single focus and is using all the proper leverage and perfect technique, but as you get close you see there is one thing out of place.

He’s using a dull blade.

You say to the man . . .

“Hey buddy why don’t you just sharpen your blade, you’ll get the job done twice as fast?”

He replies . . .

“No time, can’t you see I’m trying to chop down this tree?”

Well, when I first started network marketing I was this guy out in the prospecting forest trying to chop down my tree of successfully building a downline.

I hacked at it. I tried all the techniques I was told were proper and I was intent on using them with all my might until my goal was reached.

Unfortunately, the guy in our example above had one advantage over me.

He had someone actually come up to him and point out his problem.

The sad truth is . . .

If someone had done this for me I probably would have given them the same response that our man with the axe above gave.

I would have said . . .

“Can’t you see I’m trying to make cold calls and build a downline? I don’t have time for that!”

While in the act and exerting all our energy to a task we give very little time to reflect on what may truly help us be more successful. We think that if we just keep hacking away that sooner or later we will be successful in achieving our goal.

While this may hold true . . .

Wouldn’t a sharper blade make that struggle a whole lot easier?

I hear a question brewing . . .

“James, you say a blade, but what does this equate to in network marketing?”

HOW YOU MARKET YOUR BUSINESS…Silly!

All I’ll say is this . . .

You can’t consistently recruit 10 – 20 people in a month with personal contact or with the phone, but when you learn to leverage the mighty power of the internet using “funded proposals” to your advantage you end up with a mighty sharp MLM/network marketing blade that can!

MLM Success…The Truth About MLM Success

Hi, james again from Kzoo, Mi. The thing that everyone wants in the network marketing business is success. MLM success seems to allude 95% of the people who join them for quick riches and freedom. Why do we buy in to the hype of making $10,000 per week in just a month of effort is beyond me. Of course i have been guilty of doing the same them.

The truth about MLM success is the mindset that you approach the business from. What i mean by mindset is not only about a sincere desire or definite purpose about your network marketing business but are you coming from a direction of gratitude and generosity?

I had an email the other day in which a person just flat out asked me to help her out by giving her some “paid referrals” just because she needed them. Well dear friends everyone needs referrals. But here’s the deal. Her mindset was focused on taking and not giving. I had already given her a “free” tool that she could have given to some other folk to help them. You know what? She just took the offer of “free” traffic to her website and asked for some more “freebies”.

MLM success is not getting something for nothing but giving what you have of value to someone who is in need.  Someone is probably saying right now that I don’t have anything to give.  I believe everyone has something to give and that’s sincere thanks or gratitude. The truth about mlm success is that no man or woman is a isle unto themselves. Network Marketing-Is Your Network Marketing Company A Scam Or The Real Deal?

A network marketing company can be a little like Enron. Enron was a publicly-traded company, subject to SEC rules and regulations … yet, they STILL cooked the books. Worldcom did the same. If you can’t really trust the information released in legal documents put out by publicly traded companies, how much stock can you put in the self-serving promotional statements put out by network marketing companies? MLM companies, for instance, give out totally incredulous numbers about sales and retention rates and the amounts of money being made by independent distributors. It’s a mistake to take any thing a network marketing company says at “face value”.

Now … I’m sure some of them are telling the truth. But many don’t. When a network marketing company quotes “retention rate,” there are a hundred different ways to figure retention rates. It stands to reason that a MLM company will figure it in a way that yields a favorable result. The only sane action for you is to choose a network marketing company based on results that YOU can see or that YOU can actually verify. When you dedicate your life to building your business with a company, you should actually interview a number of distributors with that company and ask about the work they do and the marketing system they use and their net earnings. You owe it to yourself to take any company-published promotion with a grain of salt.

No matter what you do, it’s always best to study a successful network marketing company model before you try to do it yourself. That is certainly true in network marketing. It’s a good idea to search out a mentor who recently built their own successful MLM business. You want to be sure you find someone who has done it recently, because the world of marketing has changed a ton, even in just the last few years. Internet Network Marketing Success- How To Make Network Marketing Easy

< In order To help you understand what internet network marketing is, I must first explain what it isn’t.Network marketing isn’t about taking advantage of your friends and relatives. internet network marketing is not an isolationist type of occupation where you can have anonymity without relationships and make ton of money. Yes you may be independent, you may be your own boss, but the real key is that network marketing is all about leverage. Network marketing is a people-to-people business that can significantly expand your circle of friends.

When you expand your circle or build your network, you begin to obtain leverage. That is, if i have 8 people on my team working 2 hours a day, it gives me 16 hours as a team versus one person working 16 hours. That is leverage. Network marketing is all about people and not just numbers.

The reality is that internet network marketing is the only industry in which the guy on the bottom can make more than the guy on top if he works harder to do so. Zig Ziglar’s book,“Network Marketing For Dummies” reports that network marketing is a $100 billion dollar industry with over 35 million networkers worldwide. In spite of being a very lucrative industry, the failure rate of network marketing business owners still hovers at 97%.

Working harder is not the only talent one needs to be a successful networker. Every networker needs a mentor or mentors to be successful. That is a weakness for most newbies because they are use to being told what to do by some supervisor and see no need to have any other relationships outside family and friends. Internet network marketing requires a skill set that allows you to establish network business relationships in order to truly be successful.

Why even attempt network marketing? The advantage of network marketing is that there is personal help, a proven system already in place, and vast resources. Nevertheless is important to point out that getting rich shouldn’t be the gage by which network marketing is measured.Your personal growth as a giving, helping person will far exceed the monetary riches one can expect and will receive. When I help others get what they want, i get what i want. Someone asked a question about why the “Dead sea” was called by that name. The answer came back that the “Dead sea” only received water from other rivers but never discharge any of the water that flowed into it. The definition of “dead” is some that always receives and never gives. Maybe, just maybe that “dead downline” in many network marketing business is because it never gives, just receives?

Successful Online MLM Business…Five Characteristics of Part Two

I’m excited for this blog entry, and I hope you are too. In the last entry, I talked about five characteristics I’ve seen in my experience that have led people to real success in the network marketing industry. In my opinion, you cannot be successful without them. With them, however, you are in a strong position to achieve your aspirations in this industry.

I want to explain to you how The SpiderWeb Marketing System holds to these characteristics and will help you develop them yourself.

1. They used their own products or services and could explain why you should use them.

Success In Online MLM Business…Five Characteristics of

Hey James Byrd here again. I’ve been in the network marketing industry for 5 years, and I have seen a lot. I’ve tried different business systems and approaches, and been met with different levels of success. But most importantly, throughout network marketing career journey, I’ve had the chance to meet and be taught by some amazing people. People who know this industry. Good, honest people, who have worked hard to get to the top. People who have made money. A lot of money. hundreds of thousands. And millions.

I learned a great deal from these leaders, not just from the things that they taught me, but from my own observations of them. I noticed that all of them had similar characteristics that helped them achieve the kind of success that so many of us dream about.

1. They used their own products or services and could explain
why you should use them. (They were a product of the product.)

2. They had a reason for doing the business and a business plan.

3. They let the tools do the selling.

4. They were always learning more about the business.

5. They stayed in the game long enough to have a chance to
succeed.

By holding strong to these principles, these people made millions. Sound like you have those qualities? I’ll tell you something: you don’t have to be born with them. Some of them are developed by smart business practices and patience, and anyone of us can develop those characteristics. And those of us who do are well on their way to achieving their dreams. My goal in business in life is to spend my time with my family, gain time freedom, gain financial freedom.
