Mlm success starts with the mind. In other words success begins with the right attitude of mind. Many people start-out with what they think is a positive belief but your belief is not part of your conscious mind but your subconscious. You may think you positive but you are not. Just listen to your conversation under emotional stress and you will find out how positive or limited your thinking is about your success. The easiest way to overcome this to associate with positive people and read positive books at least 10 minutes a day.

Tip 2- Have powerful Motive For Success..

Why do you want success in your MLM business? Now everyone again can have a selfish motive for mlm success but in order to have a break through when barriers or troubles pop up, you must have a motive that is bigger then your temporary problems or set backs. When i ran my first marathon of 26.2 miles, i have a motive for i was running for a charity for people who couldn’t run or walk. At about mile 16, i started cramping up and it appeared that i would have to quit but that wasn’t option. Your motive for being successful in mlm must eliminate the possibility of having quitting as an option.

  Tip 3- The right marketing team..

The truth of the MLM code is that without leverage ot people other than yourself. The retention rate of MLM pay plans of only 1 out of 9 people over a years time will ever stay in their business opportunity. People join MLMs but in  60-90 days without earning a dime but losing money and time. Are all mlm scams? No. It’s just the truth and the nature of the MLM code that you must use the leverage of others to make any money. The right team in which leaders sacrifice some ot their time and money to help train and secure an income for new team members is what defeats the retention problem.
