MLM Network Marketing Business-Are You Using A Sharp or Dull Axe In Your MLM Business?

Imagine walking up to a man trying to chop down a tree in the forest. He’s struggling with all his might and yet he’s barely made any progress.You look at him and you see that he is chopping at the tree with passion and focus and he’s been at it for quite some time and he’s intent on cutting the tree to down.

He has a single focus and is using all the proper leverage and perfect technique, but as you get close you see there is one thing out of place.

He’s using a dull blade.

You say to the man . . .

“Hey buddy why don’t you just sharpen your blade, you’ll get the job done twice as fast?”

He replies . . .

“No time, can’t you see I’m trying to chop down this tree?”

Well, when I first started network marketing I was this guy out in the prospecting forest trying to chop down my tree of successfully building a downline.

I hacked at it. I tried all the techniques I was told were proper and I was intent on using them with all my might until my goal was reached.

Unfortunately, the guy in our example above had one advantage over me.

He had someone actually come up to him and point out his problem.

The sad truth is . . .

If someone had done this for me I probably would have given them the same response that our man with the axe above gave.

I would have said . . .

“Can’t you see I’m trying to make cold calls and build a downline? I don’t have time for that!”

While in the act and exerting all our energy to a task we give very little time to reflect on what may truly help us be more successful. We think that if we just keep hacking away that sooner or later we will be successful in achieving our goal.

While this may hold true . . .

Wouldn’t a sharper blade make that struggle a whole lot easier?

I hear a question brewing . . .

“James, you say a blade, but what does this equate to in network marketing?”

HOW YOU MARKET YOUR BUSINESS…Silly!

All I’ll say is this . . .

You can’t consistently recruit 10 – 20 people in a month with personal contact or with the phone, but when you learn to leverage the mighty power of the internet using “funded proposals” to your advantage you end up with a mighty sharp MLM/network marketing blade that can!

MLM Business- The 2 Q,s For Success

Hi, everyone, james here.  The MLM business to contrary opinion does not depend on IQ but your results really depend on the 2 Q’s of quality and quantity for you to get success you deserve. I received a call from a person who had lost thousands of dollars and had been in the mlm business for 15 years and still hadn’t made any to this date. This person had worked hard and had increased the quantity of work that he had done but it was quality that was lacking.

He told me that he had found a new mlm business with a powerline and that he had over a hundred people in his downline and he had not done any work. He was really excited about getting something for nothing. Many networkers get caught up in trying to turn the quick buck and get burned everytime.

There really is no short cut to internet riches. I heard a gentlemen on television say that there is a magic number of 10,000 hours of practice at a particular task until you become an expert in that field.  That my friend is quantity. No one wants to be that good anymore but as long as someone is looking for a quick money fix for their money problems, there will be people willing to take your money.

If you want to be successful in your mlm business or any endeavor, you need to have a proven quality business model that works with a promotion or maketing  strategy that you can handle. For some it may be Web2.0, PPC, classified ads or others. For you to be successful, you must take massive action on a consistant basis. This gives you the quantity part of the equation that looks like this:

Proven business model(quality) + Massive Action(quantity)= Success(Results). When you violate this axiom, mlm business failure is the results.  The reason so many networkers fail is they lack one or both of 2Q’s. It’s not your IQ that determines mlm business success but it is quality and quantity working together that determines your results.

1. The right Knowledge.

Hello, James again. I hope things are going well in your mlm business. I would like to share with you 3 tips on making an online mlm business easy. Now i specified online mlm business because offline their are different methods that are used. If you want your mlm business to be easy, you can automate your lead capturing system, automate your followup, utilize viral marketing.

1. Automate your lead capturing system.
Now if you are new to network marketing or the mlm business, a lead capturing system is the landing page that your prospects land on an leave there contact information. The leads that you capture should be targeted leads to your specific product or service that your mlm business is offering. PPC or pay per click marketing on the major search engines like Google, MSN or Yahoo will get you tons of targeted leads but it takes experience to run with the “big dogs”. Try the smaller search engines until you are able to get an understanding of PPC. Using PPC will automate the lead capturing system.

2. Automate the followup process.
In your mlm business, in order to leverage you time, you will have to automate the process with an autoresponder or an automatic emailing system. Some people object to this and favor high touch instead of high tech. It will take a combination of the two to be successful. But over the long haul, as your list grows into the thousands, you’ll need automated followup. The fortune has always been in the followup!

3. Implement Viral marketing
When you use viral marketing, you leverage personal effort. You need a system in place that promotes you mlm business through the efforts of others. It is a system in which you do the work one time and the work takes on a life of it’s own through the efforts of others. This blog post is a form of viral marketing. I write the post just one time. Online MLM business has a 95%-98% failure rate and the sad part is the failure rate is high even for those who work at home. The initial cost to start a work at home business is peanuts. It want cost much to begin, so almost anyone can start their own work from home business. To achieve your goals, you need to either start with a big network of people who like you and trust you, or you must build that network. It’s important to pick a plan that pays you fairly. You far ahead of the game when you understand marketing, because you will need to continually build your network. If you don’t already have a big network of people in place, you must build it from scratch. You need a good game plan for work from home business success, just like in any other business.

And yet, many work at home business opportunities are spouting the “multiple streams of income” hype. Many new network marketing business owners and experienced ones as well would give up just about any thing to know the answer to the question of “How To Make Money In Network Marketing”. With the failure rate of MLMs and Internet marketers seemingly fixed a 97%-98% failure rate, the flow of new people into the network marketing industry still surges on. The dream of finding the right “proven system” that allows you to set back and become a millionaire still dances it’s hypnotic message in our minds and we go deeper into debt chasing the “notion in the potion”. The answer to making money in network marketing is found in you rising from the “trance” of follower-ship and entering the ranks of network marketing leadership! You will make money on network marketing as you become more and more of a leader.

What is it that makes leaders different? Can you possibly predict who will rise from follower status in a network marketing company to becoming a recognized leader – someone who is widely accepted as a guru? A leader doesn’t expect or depend on others to do it for them. They find a business model of what they want in a network marketing business, then they figure it out and make it work. A leader entering unknown territory still doesn’t bat an eye. They do it anyway. This isn’t revolutionary. We all learn to drive by driving. Success as a network marketing leader means you have a “think REALLY big” mindset, and then taking the necessary actions and never looking back. Should You Start A MLM Network Marketing Business?

It started out as a terrific idea, didn’t it? You certainly had pure intent. You just wanted to give your family everything they’d never had. You really wanted more time to spend with them. And you wanted to help others just like you to be more successful. How could such a good idea go so bad?

What happened next was ugly. Have you ever seen one of those “Discovery Channel” features where some animal crossing the Amazon River gets discovered by a school of piranhas? The sad truth is, most MLM “Big Dogs” make their money not by building people, but by stripping the flesh off the newcomers.

Losing the money was bad, no doubt. But worse, you lost your reputation. You did it to help friends & family … and you wound up with some of them actually laughing at you. Then you started saying some really awful things to yourself, about what a fool you were. Your self-confidence circled the drain.
