James here again. While we all keep hearing about all the outlandish claims of how easy it is to may 1000s of dollars in an mlm business opportunity, the facts still remains that 95%-97% of the people who join mlms fail. It’s always show me the money time and nothing else with many mlm companies

In my first mlm business opportunity, i was told to get my list of 100 people, talk to all my family and friends and pitch my deal. Of course i had all the tapes of my upline that i could buy.I got on “training calls” that taught me what to say but never really ever trained me so that i could teach others.

In your mlm business opportunity, if all you have been taught is about what you can do and not how you can do it, you have a recruiter for an upline. If all you have been taught about your network marketing business is to “show the plan and show the money”, you have a recruiter for an upline. If you have an upline in which is all about the hype and not about the help, you have a recruiter for an upline.

A sponsor is different. It is a person who looks for ways to help you. A sponsor provides the training for you to develop the confidence, the determination, the credibility and commitment that it requires you to be successful as a network marketer. A sponsors teaches you how to be successful to the point that you can teach others how to be successful.

Success in your mlm business opportunity is really not so much about how great your product is or even how great of a compensation plan but it rests on if you have a recruiter or a sponsor.
