If you have been in any MLM business opportunity, then you probably have had great difficulty in building your business from scratch. Tip 1- The Right MindSet..

Mlm success starts with the mind. In other words success begins with the right attitude of mind. Many people start-out with what they think is a positive belief but your belief is not part of your conscious mind but your subconscious. You may think you positive but you are not. Just listen to your conversation under emotional stress and you will find out how positive or limited your thinking is about your success. The easiest way to overcome this to associate with positive people and read positive books at least 10 minutes a day.

Tip 2- Have powerful Motive For Success..

Why do you want success in your MLM business? Now everyone again can have a selfish motive for mlm success but in order to have a break through when barriers or troubles pop up, you must have a motive that is bigger then your temporary problems or set backs. When i ran my first marathon of 26.2 miles, i have a motive for i was running for a charity for people who couldn’t run or walk. At about mile 16, i started cramping up and it appeared that i would have to quit but that wasn’t option. Your motive for being successful in mlm must eliminate the possibility of having quitting as an option.

The truth of the MLM code is that without leverage ot people other than yourself. The retention rate of MLM pay plans of only 1 out of 9 people over a years time will ever stay in their business opportunity. People join MLMs but in  60-90 days without earning a dime but losing money and time. Are all mlm scams? If you have been joined an mlm online business and have made little or no money there is a reason for your failure and it may not be your fault. Retention or retaining business associates on your network marketing team is the major reason 98-99% of the people fail to make any money online. There must be duplication…

If you want to have great retention for you mlm business, there must be duplication of every aspect of your marketing efforts although some of your effort will be different, the same goal should be everyone’s focus. Some marketing systems that say they are dupicatable really leave loop holes for people to do it there way or game the system. Duplication must included everyone on your team, not just some. But even with duplication driven by the marketing system, you must build relationships.

Relationships must be made and maintained….

Everyone wants freedom to be independent but if you want retention in your downlines relationships must be made and maintained. If our team is interdependent in such away that we have meaningful relationships, then we can apply the concept of  ”All for one and One for All. One of the problems with many of the team builds is that as the overall team grows, you loose the family concept and relationships that keeps your organization in tact.

Product Sales Must Be Profitable….

Product sales must over the IBO or independent business owner an opportunity to get into profit fast. Many mlm companies use the “fast start bonus” as an incentive’s to retain IBOs but this is more of direct sales because the there is no leverage of a downline because the downline doesn’t exist until  it is built. If my autoship is $150 per month and i make $3 on each” magic ” stuff i sale and i have no customers, then i am losing money. I need 50 customers to break even when i am lucky to get 8 to 10. If on the other hand my monthly auto shop is $10 and i earn a residual fast start bonus of $5 per customer, i break even with just 2 customers . Many people drop out because they have more cash going out then is coming in and they just can’t sponsor the hundreds of people needed to change their lives

I’ve been offline more then online because i have been having problems with my blog crashing my server providers servers. I really didn’t understand how easy it was for someone to hack your blog and with just a few clicks of the keyboard shut down your hosting server and hosting account. Below is what i went through to get back online.

The Problems…

The first thing that i notice was that after i set my blog up to receive subscribers i started to get a lot of spam through my side bar capture form that started to fill up my autoresponder with spam email addresses and spam subscribers. This went on for a couple of days and i just couldn’t get a handle on what was going on. Also my blogd functions were getting slower and slower.

In fact it had got so bad that my computer even started slowing   along with my email. i tried changing to different themes(lol) to no avail. Then i got a personal call from my hosting provider and he said that my blog had crashed his server. Along with this problem i was having problems with a new plugin and was working with the vendor to get that up and running.

The Solution…

My hosting provider suggested that i delete all the plugins that were not upgraded…. and i had tons of those! When i went into the back office of the blog, i had to deactivate the plugin before i could delete them but with the server problems caused by my blog being hacked into, the function to deactivate the plugins was taking way to long and my blog  was crashing the server again.

My next move was to contact Steve Swetman (LGT Marketing Owner) to ask him put my blog back online so i could try and use Filezilla FTP to go into the plugin file located in WP-Content. I log in to my hosting account and was able to start deleting plugins that i was not using but activated and those plugins that had not been upgraded.

Upon Steve’s suggestion i went into my back office and find the “Settings Tab”, hovered over it and clicked on General settings and unclicked the box that said “allow subscribers”. Next i changed all my passwords.

Back up and Blogging…

Well i am back online and blogging again thanks to the help that i received from Steve Swetman . Listen, network marketing is all about relationships. There have been so many posts and articles about people who have solved the MLM code and how people fail and systems don’t.  You have probably tried many systems and find that at the end of the day, you have the same results. I really don’t have a get rich quick scheme or some secret plan that can eliminate your failures and struggles. What i can tell you is that don’t get caught up in the blame game. It’s not the MLM fault. MLM is just a matrix pay plan and most all of them are alike.
