Building your network marketing business for success is a challenge because the vast majority of every kind of business busts. Same for MLM distributors. The hurdles to holding a network marketing business are low, so virtually anyone can start their own online business. To have network marketing success, you should start with a large network of people who know you, like you and have confidence in you, or you establish that network. It’s important to pick a MLM that pays well for actual productivity. It’s a great advantage to understand marketing, whereas you always need to continually build your downline. < In order To help you understand what internet network marketing is, I must first explain what it isn’t.Network marketing isn’t about taking advantage of your friends and relatives. internet network marketing is not an isolationist type of occupation where you can have anonymity without relationships and make ton of money. Yes you may be independent, you may be your own boss, but the real key is that network marketing is all about leverage. Network marketing is a people-to-people business that can significantly expand your circle of friends.

When you expand your circle or build your network, you begin to obtain leverage. That is, if i have 8 people on my team working 2 hours a day, it gives me 16 hours as a team versus one person working 16 hours. That is leverage. Network marketing is all about people and not just numbers.

The reality is that internet network marketing is the only industry in which the guy on the bottom can make more than the guy on top if he works harder to do so. Zig Ziglar’s book,“Network Marketing For Dummies” reports that network marketing is a $100 billion dollar industry with over 35 million networkers worldwide. In spite of being a very lucrative industry, the failure rate of network marketing business owners still hovers at 97%.

Working harder is not the only talent one needs to be a successful networker. Every networker needs a mentor or mentors to be successful. That is a weakness for most newbies because they are use to being told what to do by some supervisor and see no need to have any other relationships outside family and friends. Internet network marketing requires a skill set that allows you to establish network business relationships in order to truly be successful.

Why even attempt network marketing? The advantage of network marketing is that there is personal help, a proven system already in place, and vast resources. Nevertheless is important to point out that getting rich shouldn’t be the gage by which network marketing is measured.Your personal growth as a giving, helping person will far exceed the monetary riches one can expect and will receive. Why?

 

When I help others get what they want, i get what i want. Someone asked a question about why the “Dead sea” was called by that name. The answer came back that the “Dead sea” only received water from other rivers but never discharge any of the water that flowed into it. The definition of “dead” is some that always receives and never gives. Maybe, just maybe that “dead downline” in many network marketing business is because it never gives, just receives?

If you had a product or service to sell that was used only by people over the age of 50, it probably would do you no good to advertise in Ezines that are aimed at people between 20 and 30 years of age. To be effective, Network marketing advertising efforts need to be in position in front of the people that can actually use the product and not the thousands of others who are unable and un-interested in it. Many experienced network marketers believed it is better to fire a silver bullet from a rifle aimed directly at the target instead of shooting hundreds of pellets from a shotgun and hoping you hit something.

Blind canvassing that employ the shotgun method is usually successful in unique niche markets where the potential customer base is undefined. Niches such as online book sellers and those that cater to wide range of consumers can often benefit from shotgun advertising. However, niche companies and those that are after a specific demographic rarely achieve success unless they utilize targeted marketing strategies in their network marketing advertising campaigns.

The most effective use of the marketing budget is to aimed at the best customer. The return on the investment is the most accurated measure of the marketing effort as well as how many new sales or repeat sales are generated by the fewest dollars. In many areas of network marketing advertising it is a numbers game and the more people who view the ad, the better opportunity there is of making a sale.

However, smart network marketing business owners look at the return on their advertising investment to determine the meaning of a successful network marketing campaign. For example, by sending out 5,000 ads to a generalized area, there may be only 50 responses. Of that 50, one turns into a customer. Although the 5,000 ads only cost you about $50, that translates into $50 per new customer.

Targeted network marketing advertising, historically return four times as many respondents with a fourth of the effort. This translates into 1,250 ads going out with 50 respondents with four turning into customers. With A $50 charge, this translates into $12.50 for the new customer, a significantly higher return on the investment. While the math will vary based on the type of product or service being offered and the quality of the ad going out, it is representative of the difference in the approaches taken in network marketing advertising.

Being able to target the network marketing advertising effort will take research to finalize the location of the most people that can use the information you have to offer. However, once you find the potential customers and send them the right message about your company, you can be prepared for a much bigger return on your investment.

 A good Network Marketer will use a variety of marketing techniques. One method that has become popular lately is marketing using social network websites.  Social network sites were once thought to be used only by teenagers. Their effectiveness as a network tool has recently been discovered by the business community. They are a great way to get your message out to thousands of people.

To be effective using social networking sites there are a couple of things you need to be aware of. Network Marketing Success- A Dream Deferred

It is a fact that 95% -98% of the people who start a home based business fail. There are 3 major reasons that people fail to fulfill their dreams in network marketing.

1. They fail to take action
Many people sign up for the class but never show up! Reality Networkers is as good as it gets! All you have to do here is take the first step and upgrade and there are people willing to help you reach your goal.

2. Too much baggage
Many of us in network marketing have made little or no money online. Scams and unkept promises have “squeezed the hope” out of us and we are suspect of anyone and everything till we can see if it is really real. We must get rid of any baggage that causes us to wait and see.

3. Too little Networking
Although we are independent online business people, when we communicate to one another there is an exchange of ideas and solutions. Most of the time, our problems have been encountered and mastered by our upline but some how pride can get in our way and we continue to struggle and finally quit.

If we want to realize our dream, we must take action according to a successful plan, get rid of all our baggage from previous negative experiences and communicate with mentors who have been there and done that. Have a great day!
